Yana has facilitated 100's of podcasts, and personally mentored and coached 100's of people globally. What she found, were the amount of professional women who had lost themselves.
She created the online course, RETURN TO LOVE to help these women re-connect to themselves.
They then had to be conscious about keeping that connection throughout the year, so Yana created the ACADEMY OF LOVE a 12 month mentoring program so these women could not lose themselves again.
What Yana also found, was many of these women were leaders, and had lost the love in being a leader and that was rippling out into the workplace.
So Yana created LOVING LEADERSHIP a 1:1 executive mentoring program where Yana becomes the sounding board so that leaders keep their competency in their roles, but do not lose the love for what they do as leaders.

How do I know what I need from you Yana?
There are three clear stages I guide women through. First is LOVE — returning you to a deep, grounded connection with yourself through Return to Love. Second is sustaining that love throughout the year inside The Academy of Love, integrating it into your relationships, career, and daily life. Third is Loving Leadership — because leaders cannot afford to lose the love. This is not about teaching you how to lead, but how to lead consciously in your family, team, or business. And for those driven by message or legacy, we amplify your voice through our Conscious Media Corporation.
Which of your services are face to face and which are online?
I prepared Return To Love as our signature online course, so that women could return to loving themselves and are ready to work with me. This course is online, with the option for those that need face to face with me to have a 1:1 experience. The Academy of Love is blended learning with online components, and group calls. The VIP options gives you direct access to me.
What type of people normally engage your services Yana?
I am currently focused on helping women. Publicly through Return To Love any woman is welcome. For The Academy of Love it is high performing professional women that are benfitting the most, although this program is open to the public. Although I recieve many requests from men, this year my focus is on women.
How much does it cost to work with you?
My online courses have the prices listed and our other services are by application only and are priced to ensure an outcome is achieved and that outcome is of value to both parties. A 1:1 consultation with me is SGD1,500 for one hour, or SGD5,000 for an 8 hour workshop for up to 10 people.
